Guatemalan Helping Hands Foundation

hi folks, i will be going to Guatemala for a month in July, with Donna, on a medical mission. going along are 12 Hand Surgeons, 12 Hand Therapists, and 6 Aides. This will be Donna's 2nd year. the sponsoring group is The Guatemalan Healing hands Foundation (GHHF). They do surgical repairs of hand and upper extremity crush injuries, neurological damaged and diseased hands, and provide the necessary therapy to re-gain the use of the extremities. Much of the work has been done on children, especially in the wake of the hugh mudslides during last year's monsoons.

The Guatemala Healing Hands Foundation has now been added to the list of charities on "Goodsearch.com." If you have never heard of "Goodsearch," it is a search engine powered by Yahoo but with a twist. Every time you use "Goodsearch.com" to search the Internet a penny with be donated to the Guatemala Healing Hands Foundation. It may not seem like a lot but it's estimated that if 100 people use "Goodsearch.com" for two searches a day, we will raise approximately $730 a year!!!

$730 will sponsor 5 kids for surgery and therapy and you barely had to lift a finger above the keyboard.
